TEAM COMMUNICATION SESSION

Team CommunicationAn MPOWER Team Communication Session helps teams reduce miscommunication, stress and conflict among team members. In the team setting, we learn to “know the audience” and develop trust through communication so work can get done more efficiently.  We also learn how and when to adjust our own communication styles to meet the needs of listeners to result in more effective conversations and dialogues.  We’ll also discuss tips on how to develop and produce better presentations and reports and more productive meetings by knowing when to bring in help based on colleagues’ unique communication strengths.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING
